Fairmont Estates

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Company: FAIRMONT ESTATES LIMITED

Country: United Kingdom

IMPORTANT LEGAL-IDENTITY NOTICE

The company identity above was provided for this application project. FAIRMONT ESTATES LIMITED was recorded as dissolved on 13 January 2026. The app publisher must confirm the current legal operator and appropriate authority before adopting this policy for a live public release.

1. ABOUT THIS POLICY

This policy describes personal information and on-device data handled by the Fairmont Estates Android app as implemented in the supplied offline-first Android Studio project. The app is a UK property-area and housing market guide; it is not connected to a live estate-agency property database or booking service.

2. INFORMATION ENTERED IN PROPERTY ENQUIRIES

To complete an enquiry record within the app, you are asked for:

- Full name (required): to label and identify your enquiry record.

- Email address (required): saved as part of your own enquiry details for review.

- Phone number (required): saved as part of your own enquiry details for review.

- Preferred viewing date (optional): your preferred date, if provided; it does not reserve a viewing.

- Preferred property budget or monthly rental budget (optional): your own price preferences; this is plain text and not a payment.

- Property requirements, preferences or notes (optional): any additional information you choose to enter. Avoid adding unnecessary sensitive personal information.

The selected area (for example London) and whether you are interested in buying or renting are also included with the enquiry record automatically. When you complete an enquiry record, the app creates a random on-device record identifier and a completion timestamp so you can distinguish records in the history view.

3. FAVOURITES AND VIEWING HISTORY

The app stores identifiers of area guides that you mark as favourites and a short list of recently viewed areas. These are used to provide Saved and Recently Explored views. Search terms and filter selections are used while browsing and are not intentionally retained as persistent user history in the supplied project.

4. WHERE DATA IS STORED AND WHETHER IT IS SHARED

Completed enquiry records, favourites and recently viewed area identifiers are kept on your device in Android application-private SharedPreferences storage. The application does not include a backend, cloud database, live property-booking API, Firebase, analytics, advertising SDK or authentication service, and it does not transmit enquiry forms to the named company, an agent or another person. The app does not upload your saved enquiry details to an operator-controlled server. Android cloud backup is disabled in the supplied application manifest. No payment information, credit card details or identity documents are requested.

5. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

The data listed above is used to display and retain your property interests and allow you to review or delete them. The app does not use stored enquiry details for automated marketing, profiling, advertising or property transactions. A completed record only confirms its completion within the app; it is not evidence of a booking, agent receipt or property availability.

6. HOW LONG INFORMATION IS KEPT

Completed enquiry records, favourites and recently viewed areas remain in app storage until you delete them or uninstall the app. Enquiry form values that are not completed are held during the active app session and are not intentionally saved as completed records. Some form state may be maintained temporarily by Android while the app is active. No remote retention applies because there is no enquiry transmission endpoint.

7. YOUR CONTROLS AND DELETION OPTIONS

You can delete an individual enquiry from My enquiries, remove saved favourites in the Saved area, or open More and select Delete all saved personal data to clear all completed enquiries, favourites and recently viewed area IDs. Uninstalling the app also removes its app-private on-device data under normal Android behaviour. There is no user account to delete.

8. IMAGES AND MARKET DATA

The app provides photographs of UK neighbourhoods whose original authors and licences are credited in the app. The photos are downloaded by the Android build process, then bundled in the finished app for offline display. They are not images of verified company property listings. Price and rent figures are statistical benchmarks from public UK sources, not personalised valuations, live prices or transaction information.

9. PERMISSIONS AND EXTERNAL ACTIONS

The supplied Android app does not request device location, contacts, camera, microphone, media storage, advertising ID or Internet access to browse its offline guides. If you choose the Contact Us email action, the app can open your installed email application addressed to info@fairmontestates.site. Any email you compose and send using that external application is subject to that email provider's own practices and is separate from the locally retained enquiry records. If you choose a photo-source or research link, the app may open your installed web browser; visiting those external websites is subject to those websites' privacy practices. No enquiry record is automatically shared by these actions.

10. DATA SECURITY

Android application-private storage restricts ordinary access by other apps on a standard non-rooted device. The application does not implement its own additional encryption of the saved SharedPreferences records, so do not enter sensitive financial account details, passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive data into optional notes. Protect your device using a screen lock and keep Android updated.

11. CHILDREN

The app is designed for a general audience interested in UK housing market information, not specifically for children. Users are not required to create an account. Do not enter children's personal information into enquiry notes.

12. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

The supplied app does not transfer saved enquiry records to a remote server, including to a server outside the United Kingdom. External email/browser services that you independently choose may apply their own international data-handling terms.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If later versions add an online agent-submission service, advertising, analytics, accounts, new permissions or cloud storage, this Privacy Policy and the Play Console Data safety declaration must be updated before that functionality is published.

14. CONTACT AND PRIVACY QUESTIONS

For general or privacy enquiries relating to Fairmont Estates, use the in-app Contact Us screen or write to info@fairmontestates.site. Please do not send private information unless needed to explain your request.

PUBLICATION REQUIREMENT

Google Play requires a public, accessible, non-editable web page for the app's privacy policy. This text file alone is not a hosted policy URL. The publisher must verify the legal entity, review the policy against the actual release build and publish it on a compliant website before submission to Play Console.
